  • Office tenants at Related Ross buildings advance the mission of Related Ross Foundation by contributing $1 per square foot of leased space each year to support grant-making activities.

    As of Spring 2025 more than 20 businesses have committed over $200,000 in ongoing annual support.

    With 1.5 million square feet currently under management and another 1 million square feet in development, contributions from Related Ross Foundation’s business partners are expected to surpass $2 million annually over the next ten years.
