Related Ross Launches the Related Ross Foundation to Advance Inclusive Growth in West Palm Beach

West Palm Beach, FL — October 3, 2025 — Related Ross today announced the launch of the Related Ross Foundation, its nonprofit and grantmaking arm dedicated to ensuring that West Palm Beach’s growth benefits the entire community. In partnership with Related Ross’ corporate tenants, the Foundation invests in local residents and organizations to drive neighborhood revitalization and create opportunities that foster long-term prosperity.

“The Related Ross Foundation underscores our belief that West Palm Beach’s progress must be shared progress,” said Related Ross Executive Vice President and Related Ross Foundation Chair Jordan Bargas. “By working hand-in-hand with local organizations, we aim to create opportunities that uplift every generation and ensure that growth enriches the cultural and social fabric of our city.”

Guided by its funding pillars of economic opportunity, community flourishing, and cultural vitality, the Related Ross Foundation reflects the company’s vision for building well-connected, thriving, and culturally enriched neighborhoods. Its efforts currently focus on strengthening three historic communities, including the Historic Northwest District, Coleman Park, and Pleasant City, through investments in education, workforce development, cultural programming, community infrastructure, and more.

The Foundation is led by Executive Director Jeremy Morse, who oversees its strategy and partnerships by working closely with local residents, community leaders, and institutions to ensure the Foundation’s investments create a meaningful and lasting impact.

As part of its commitment, Related Ross has pledged over $10 million in charitable contributions through 2025 to organizations including the Center for Creative Education, Cox Science Center and Aquarium, Mayor’s Jumpstart Academy, Pathways to Prosperity, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County, Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Vita Nova, Inner City Innovators, Center for Child Counseling, Palm Beach State College, Rohi’s Readery, Rose Trolley, Taylor Moxey Library, Urban League of Palm Beach County, RISE Coleman Park, and Lowe Art Breakthroughs.
